Replacements:
In unfortunate scenarios where product is damaged or short supplied, please
follow the below process:
Sober needs to be notified within 5 days from delivery date via email
to contactus@chewbellshealthcare.com. Mention order number and attach image of the invoice
Attach image of the damaged box (in case of damage)
Mention description of short supply in case full order is not received We will try our best to respond at the earliest and upon review of the request, we will immediately ship the replacement bottles.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
We do allow for an exchange in the above mentioned scenario’s. However, we do not issue any refunds.
